The death rate of the medical system in the United States is easily 2 times more efficient at killing Americans than our military is at killing Iraqis. This suggests that the deaths are part of a systematic planned attack on US citizens. The minimum conclusion is that our military should at least be replaced with our health care System if we want to maximize our effectiveness in battle.

It is not necessary to talk in generalities. Doctors follow “The Standard of Care” which is a set of rules/orders that govern when a patient gets a certain drug and how much, when a surgery is performed, what tests are done, etc. The problem with this set of rules is that it is biased toward harm.

A good example of this is a drug that thins blood. If the blood is too thin, the patient will bleed to death. If it is too thick, he will have a stroke. In the cast of atrial fibrillation (new onset) the standard of care is to administer the drug for 3 months then stop. When I was being taught this, I asked, if thinning the blood is so good, why doesn’t the standard of care require that the drug is continued longer than 3 months? Answer, research shows that, at the 3 month point, the number of lives saved in the form of prevented strokes equals the number of people who die as a result of taking the medication.

This answer is troubling on many levels.

First: The drug has a death rate built in. The therapeutic dose of the drug if prescribed according to “The Standard of Care” is designed to kill.
Second: If the same number of people were going to die(different causes but just as dead) if I give the drug and if I do not, why not just skip the drug?

Third: The next troubling issue is how it is determined that a certain number would have died of a stroke had the medication not been taken? If the drug manufacturer is allowed to determine this number, wouldn’t that be a conflict of interest? Wouldn’t there be a great temptation to overestimate the number of deaths prevented by the medication and underestimate the number of deaths caused by the medication?

Numbers suggest that this moral hazard has materialized. 107,000 times every year, patients die from properly prescribed medications. Doctors are not told that a certain amount of lethality is expected and will occur when “The Standard of Care” is followed. In other words, following the standard of care is more lethal than the bullets in the guns of our soldiers. More lethal than the war – planes and the tanks and all the implements of war that we deliver to our enemies on the battlefield.
The lethal nature of the drugs is routinely shared with doctors in a dismissive manner;indicating that the benefits outweigh the risks. Doctors are routinely instructed not to share this information with patients, patients are routinely provided with patient instruction sheets that omit mention of the deadly nature of the medications.

The main difference is that the Iraqis know they are in a war. They take evasive action, do not co-operate with their executioners. They do not make appointments with their executioners, pay for parking and stand in line to get murdered. I am quite sure they have been known to hide in their houses, behind bushes, and in holes in the ground. They may even stay very quiet hoping not to be detected. They certainly do not pay those sent to execute them.

Patients in the United States do not know there is a war going on. They co-operate with their executioners. Seek out the deadly intervention. Even take special care to purchase insurance so that when they are murdered, their executioners will be paid handsomely after their death.
If US citizens took evasive action, the kill rate for the US health care system would surely be much lower.

In the United States:
eBay Classifieds – eBay Classifieds exists for one simple reason: life is busy. It’s a rare day when you’re not doing at least one thing where eBay Classifieds could help: looking for a job, buying a car, selling your old bike, lining up a babysitter, or warming up to your kids’ plea for a puppy.
Life is too busy to deal with iffy classifieds sites. Sites that are not completely free, remarkably simple, and safe enough for your kids to look at — they’re not worth your time. eBay Classifieds strives to be all three. There’s always “someone home”, and we’re here to help.
eBay Classifieds launched originally in the U.S. as Kijiji.com in June 2007. Since then we have grown a very large community and, more recently, re-designed our site to make their lives even simpler. We loved the Kijiji name (“village” in Swahili) but felt it was time for a change and that the eBay brand would breathe some fresh air into online classifieds. Meet the team and read more about our name change here.

In Canada:
Kijiji.ca is Canada’s most popular free, local classifieds site. Kijiji offers a convenient, fun, and easy way for people in the same city to buy, sell, trade and help each other out in areas such as goods, cars, services, housing and jobs.
Kijiji is also an environmentally friendly way to recycle things you no longer use without leaving your neighborhood. Because Kijiji connections are between people who live near each other, you can always see and touch an item before you buy.
With an easy-to-use format and an amazing variety of local ads, Kijiji is a unique community where everyone is committed to sharing more and wasting less.
The word “kijiji” (pronounced like key-gee-gee) means “village” in Swahili. This name was chosen because it captures the essence of what we are creating – a site where people can connect with others in their community.
Kijiji was launched in Montreal and Quebec City in February 2005. In November 2005, Kijiji expanded across the rest of Canada and is now in over 100 cities coast to coast.

In the United Kingdom (UK):
Gumtree.com was started in March 2000 as a local London classified ads and community site, designed to connect people who were either planning to move, or had just arrived in the city, and needed help getting started with accommodation, employment and meeting new people.
We’ve grown a lot since then through word of mouth and we’re proud to say that Gumtree is loved by its rapidly growing community. We now cover 60 cities across 6 countries – the UK, Ireland, Poland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa – and are the UK’s biggest website for local community classifieds including flat share, flat rentals and jobs. More than 25,000 new rooms are advertised a month, which means at least 10,000 rooms are rented a month through Gumtree. We now have more than one million visitors every month.
Our aim at Gumtree is to give you a simple and easy-to-use tool that lets you quickly find you might be looking for. You can find everything you need to live your life with the help of your local Gumtree community; from a job or a flat, date, a nanny for your kids or a bargain to a language teacher and a tennis partner.
In 2005 we became part of the Kijiji family within eBay. Both Gumtree and Kijiji revolve around thriving online communities and so we hope to learn a lot from each other. Kijiji, which means “village” in Swahili, is a group of community classifieds websites similar to us found in more than 90 cities around the world.

The world:
Search Engine Colossus – Searchenginecolossus.com is an international Directory of Search Engines can be looked upon as an effort to give the internet “structure”. This WWW roadmap allows surfers to efficiently gain access to the far reaches of the net! It is hoped that visitors will have an informative, fascinating internet surfing experience as they gain better understanding of their fellow world citizens.
Search Engine Colossus first went online in April, 1998 and it now (August, 2008) has about 3550 listings from 310 countries and territories around the world! The point is to open up communication with other societies, not to erect barriers. The world is much more complicated a place than your basic 20th Century “Nation State” world view presented in atlases, the United Nations, or the “March in of the Athletes” at the Olympic Games.
Search Engine Colossus originates from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.

Yahoo Answers & FAQ Farm – Questions and Answer sites – The potential is unbelievable. I dont think they have even scratched the surface of what it can do. Similar to blogging but instead of your daily blog competing with millions of them, your answer and suggestions directly appeal to the person asking the questions, and the dozens more who want to know the answer. A well written answer can not only promote the value of your business, but it can help out people who are searching for you and dont really know it. Just stay within the Community Guidelines.

Writing an article about your service you provide can bring you traffic in 2 ways. First people go to Ezine – it is 622 overall – and they look up topics such as what you are. Second people go to Ezine to post content on their website, with a nice linkback to your website in the credits for the article.

DMOZ.org ranked 168th in traffic of all websites WORLDWIDE – This is the mother of all truly 100% free submission based search engines. Its got a lot of traffic, so why so low. Former model Kelly LeBrock, who starred in the '80s hit movies "The Woman In Red" and "Weird Science," recently opened up about how her divorce from action star Steven Seagal left her reeling and caused her to retreat from Hollywood.

LeBrock spoke to The Daily Mail about her 1996 divorce and why it prompted her to move out of the spotlight and seek solace in Santa Barbara, Calif.

"I admit, I became a hermit," LeBrock said. "When I split with Steven, the divorce was very ugly, and details of the case were on the evening news. I didn't want my kids seeing it, so I simply got rid of the TV. I moved my kids out of LA so they could grow up with real people -- the kids of gas pump attendants, plumbers, and real family people."

And although she had once made her living off of her looks, LeBrock said the divorce left her without any self esteem.

"I feared everything and didn’t want to leave the house," she said. "I had absolutely no self-esteem. I hated myself."

LeBrock and Seagal married in 1987 and divorced nearly 10 years later. They have three children together.

LeBrock, who was previously married to the producer of "The Woman In Red," Victor Drai, from 1984 to 1986, briefly returned to the spotlight in 2006 when she appeared on the weight loss show "Celebrity Fit Club." LeBrock has been married to retired investment banker Fred Steck since 2007.

My departure from the adult business was fairly public. Thanks to Dr. Drew and reality television, I participated in a wide array of televised interviews about my decision to quit porn. From Oprah to Extra! and The View to Tyra, some of our best-known talk show hosts wanted answers to complex questions: Why did I get into porn? What made me quit? I did my best to answer honestly and thoughtfully, not just for myself, but also for my compatriots still in the business, and for all of the young women out there who are a lot like I was when I first disrobed in front of a camera as a part-time job in college. These questions are more relevant than ever today, with the ongoing proliferation of porn in our culture and the potential consequences of participating in porn, both physically and possibly emotionally. A recent Daily Beast feature even addressed the lighter version of this issue. The article discussed how difficult it is to prevent your daughter from morphing into the newest, shiniest feminine archetype: a prince-seeking Disney princess.

Of course, there was no way I could have explained my motivation to enter or exit porn in a 15-minute television interview, and I can't get to the bottom of it in an article meant to be read over morning coffee. Aside from the fact that, as humans, motivation is an intricate web of rationalizations tangled up with semi-truths and brain functions that can fill out a whole textbook, there are also a whole slew of cultural pressures that impacted my decision and affect young women today in ways that's difficult to distill and analyze. But here's what I can tell you:

I have put four years, a Bachelor's degree in psychology, and the beginning of a Master's in Social Work between my present self and my past porn career. In this time, and given the fact that I know quite a few girls who have left the biz, I feel like I now understand some of the contributing motivational factors related to getting in and out of the industry. I believe these can easily be applied to the majority of women performing in the adult business. If you are a parent, you might want to take notes, because this has more to do with you than you may wish to admit. In fact, these are the reasons why your daughter wants to be a porn star. (Just in case you're wondering, I fit numbers 2, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 10. And I loved Disney movies).

  1. Because you loved her enough, but you didn't love her right. You weren't attuned to your daughter's emotional state as a child, and now, she has difficulty connecting intimately with other human beings. It's not that you meant to handicap her. You may even have a bit of a problem with authentic intimacy too, and it's probably an intergenerational issue, so look to your mom and dad for answers as to how the cycle started in the first place.
  2. Because you were her friend, and not her parent (Hello Baby Boomers!). You never set solid parental boundaries, and you failed to teach her about her right to have her personal boundaries respected. Your permissive parenting led to her low self-esteem and crappy social skills. There are four major parenting styles, and I hate to tell you, this one is not the best.
  3. Because you got divorced, and it was ugly. I don't even need to discuss the damaging effects of a nasty divorce because these statistics are known. However, if you still think it's cool to get divorced and drag your kids through the mud because children are resilient, or won't notice how poorly you two treat one another, think again. A study by Paul Armato shows that children of divorce continue to score lower academically, and in the areas of "psychological adjustment, self-concept and social competence." Furthering this concern, a 2002 study in The Journal of Pediatric Psychology found that adolescents from mother-alone or mother-absent homes are more likely to become sexually active at a young age, risk taking behavior that is compounded by substance abuse and lack of social support. Yes, there are situations in which divorce is best for all, but the process by which divorce happens is delicate and negative consequences can have lasting effects.
  4. Because you raped, beat, or neglected her. Or someone close to you did. Though plenty of women who were abused as children do not go into porn, many women who have been abused (physically, emotionally or sexually) do participate in sexual risk taking behaviors. Even though a recent study found no link between pornography and child abuse, ample research on prostitution and child abuse provide insight to correlates of selling sex. A 2012 study on juvenile entry into prostitution explores the far-reaching consequences of abuse incurred in childhood, and the suggested pathways associated with entering prostitution (i.e. the selling of sex). Of course, this statement shifts the focus from the real argument, and can turn this point into a new argument about whether prostitution is equivalent to participating in pornography. I would suggest looking up the legal definition of prostitution, which states very simply that prostitution is "the act of offering one's self for hire to engage in sexual relations."
  5. Because you are a prude -- or a total slut -- and you didn't have a good handle on your own sexuality. Your lack of self-knowledge may have led you to inadequately educate your daughter about sex, either teaching an abstinence only or laissez-faire approach. Statistics on abstinence-only programs show this approach to be ineffective. And if you divorced, letting the men (or women) you subsequently dated run in and out of your life (and your daughter's life) taught her that significant others, and people in general, are exchangeable. Kids need the truth about sex, and reliable sources of adult support and attachment. This article addresses the issues in both point four and five.
  6. Because you let her watch insane amounts of television. There is a cost to letting the media raise your children. Even an hour over the average 72 minutes most children watch per day can cause great damage.
  7. Because you gave her a smartphone when she was 10, and now she takes awesome #selfies all day. With every picture she takes to post to her social media sites, she becomes less sensitive to the idea of her images floating around on the web. Studies show that higher social media use is correlated with narcissism. Sexting is a booming practice, and a gateway technology usage that might lead to appearances on Internet porn sites. You can be fairly certain that your daughter has either thought about sexting, or has friends who do it.
  8. Because her friends want to be porn stars, Playboy models, the Bachelorette or any other exaggerated and hyper-sexualized version of a real woman, and you aren't close to her friends. When a child has excessive contact with her peers and loses touch with safe adult attachments, the likelihood increases that she will become an addict, as mentioned in addiction specialist Dr. Gabor Maté's recent book, In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts. I think it's possible that the problems arising from being raised by her peers can also lead to other harmful and immediately gratifying behaviors, like participating in porn.
  9. Because you never showed her a healthy way to fill the spiritual void that is quintessentially human. Isn't it interesting that girls leave porn because they've found religion? It happens every day, even to girls who were considered to be "the world's hottest porn star." Money, sexual exploration, and false adoration didn't provide personal fulfillment like spirituality did.
  10. Because you did the best you could to raise her right... but it wasn't enough.

The truth about pornography is that the motivations that cause a young woman to enter or exit the business are as complex as is the brain that makes the decision. Whittling cause and effect down to a single reason -- number eight! No! Four! Wait, nine sounds good -- is tantamount to trying to explain why someone decided to become a neuroscientist. An 18-year-old girl's career choice to go into porn isn't entirely attributable to her parents just like an 18-year-old boy's career choice to become a neuroscientist isn't entirely attributable to his. Yet in both scenarios, the parents played a large role by creating the environment in which such career choices were viable, regardless of the Grand Canyon-sized gap between a neuroscientist's professional role and an upcoming young starlet's. So next time you see your daughter, remember you are a few choices away from creating an environment in which she believes a career in pornography is the best path for her. Or she could believe a different path is possible. In many ways, it really is up to you.

Two years ago I went to the dentist for a cleaning. I had one small cavity in between two of my upper teeth, and one large cavity way in the back next to my wisdom tooth. The dentist recommended that I stay and immediately have those two cavities filled. I told him I was going to go home and do some research first. I don’t think anyone has ever said that to him before, because he really looked speechless there for a second. I think Doctors are pretty used to getting their way (besides, he already thinks I’m weird because of a previous argument we got into about fluoride). Here is my research:

Contrary to popular belief, the teeth are not inanimate objects, but fully alive parts of the body. What makes up a tooth?
  • Dentin: the bone-like layer in the middle of the tooth
  • Enamel: the hard white surface that covers the tooth
  • Pulp: with its  many blood vessels, nerves and live cells
  • Mandibular nerve: which stimulates the body in carrying blood to the nerves in the teeth
  • Trigeminal nerve: stimulates the blood vessels that feed blood from the large cranial  nerve to the Mandibular nerve
  • Periodontal ligament: connects the tooth to the jaw through millions of fibers all going different directions
  • Dentinal Tubules: EVERY TOOTH CONTAINS 3 MILES OF MICROSCOPIC TUBES, FILLED WITH A SUBSTANCE SIMILAR TO THE CEREBRAL SPINAL FLUID.
Dentin and enamel are fed from tooth building cells which transport or disperse  nutrients through the dental lymph. They essentially act as tiny pumps. A healthy tooth will clean itself out, fluid will flow from within the pulp and move outward to protect our teeth from decay.

This Aborigine Tribe had beautiful teeth and wide arches. The pictures on the right page (top left, bottom left and bottom right) show the effects modern “white foods” had on this tribe.
The teeth’s ability to heal itself is based upon how healthy your salivary glands are. Poor diet causes food debris, saliva, chemicals and whatever may be in the body at the time to be pulled into the tooth through the dentinal tubules. Over time, the pulp becomes inflamed and tooth decay spreads to the enamel.
  • Certain minerals play a key part in tooth health. Namely Magnesium, Copper, Iron, Phosphorus, Calcium and Manganese. Without abundant minerals in the diet the flow of fluid through the tubules is reversed, and cellular metabolism and energy-production of the teeth-building cells are damaged.
  • Our hormone secreting glands also play a large part in the health of our teeth. When our endocrine glands are out of balance we develop tooth decay or gum disease.
  •  Blood sugar levels when chronically out of balance, can often cause tooth decay or gum disease.
  • Vitamin A & D are crucial to the health of your teeth. Without enough Vitamin A & D our cells cannot produce enough osteocalcin-the protein that deposits calcium and phosphorous into our bones and teeth.
  •  Without enough fat-soluble vitamins in the diet severe tooth decay can result.

So what can you do?

Help your endocrine and pituitary glands stay in balance by eating a diet very low in sugar. This includes natural sugars.

Eat a diet low in phytic acid, which is an anti-nutrient found in grains, seeds, nuts and beans, and actually blocks the absorption of minerals by the body.

Eat more saturated fat! Cholesterol is a vital building block involved in  hundreds of functions in the body. In fact, your body produces three to four times the amount of cholesterol that you eat. Cholesterol from healthy fats (coconut oil, tallow, lard, butter etc) is not dangerous and has no effect on your risk of heart disease.

Consume Vitamin A & D together. The most potent form is cod liver oil. You would have to eat 5 quarts of milk, 1 pound of butter or 9 eggs to consume the amount of Vitamin A found in one teaspoon of cod liver oil!

Increase the amount of fresh, raw foods that you consume and reduce the amount of cooked, processed, prepackaged foods.

Eat something other than grass? Why would I want to do that? This grass is delicious!

The Changes I Made

I take 2 capsules of Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Oil/Butter Oil Blend 3 TIMES A DAY.
I drink 2-3 cups of raw, grass-fed whole-fat milk per day minimum. We also eat full-fat dairy made from this milk.

I make homemade bone broth often, and we use it for cooking daily.

We eat wild-caught seafood 1-2 times per week ( I find fish eggs are a really easy way to do this) Rob loves all sea food, and probably eats more than I do. We eat oysters, clams, crab, lobster, caviar etc.

We eat high quality beef, pork, chicken from a local farm who only feeds the animals what God would feed them.

We eat the organ meats from those animals at least 1 time per week.

I eliminated sugar from my diet completely and only allow myself 1 Tbsp per day maximum. Which sounds hard, but once you haven’t had sugar for a while, 1 Tbsp is actually a lot of sweetener. (and fruit tastes like candy)

I increased the amount of green leafy vegetables in my diet, and always consume them with a healthy fat, so I can absorb the minerals efficiently. Juicing is an excellent way to do this, if you aren’t a big veggie fan.

I started soaking grains to reduce the amount of phytic acids I was consuming. I also greatly reduced the amount of grains that we were eating, and started buying sprouted flour.

Have you had your colorful foods today?

Because your teeth are alive, they CAN heal themselves!

I didn’t believe this until I went back to the dentist 6 months later and the small cavity on the top was so much smaller in the X-ray that the Doctor could barely find it. In  my mind I screamed “I knew it would work, I knew it!”. But out loud I just said “hhmmm. It looks like the changes I made worked.” He asked me a lot of questions, and I answered them all. We talked for over an hour about the changes I made, and the research behind why they worked. This man with a doctorate in dentistry literally said to me “I have been a dentist for 21 years and I had no idea a tooth could remineralize itself. I didn’t know it was even possible”.

Now it has been 2 years, and both of my cavities are 100% gone. I also had teeth that were very sensitive to cold, and that has gone away entirely. I can now chew ice cubes (I know everyone with sensitive teeth out there is cringing right now) and rinse my mouth with ice water and I feel no pain.

IN SUMMARY

Tooth decay is caused by an imbalance in body chemistry. Blood sugar spikes  cause our hormones to tell the teeth to stop adding minerals, and our metabolism of calcium and phosphorous is disrupted. Eat plenty of vegetables, stop eating so much sugar and carbohydrates, eat more grass-fed protein and fat and you can resolve this imbalance.

I would recommend the same research to you, that I did to the good Doctor:

Apple cider vinegar is one of the most popular home remedies for a number of conditions, and is often utilized as a powerful cure when common medical interventions offer no relief. It can even be used as a cleaning agent around the house. Health professionals have been utilizing apple cider vinegar to enhance lifestyle changes and target certain ailments for ages, and chances are one of these apple cider vinegar cures can help enhance your own life.

Here are just a few of many apple cider vinegar uses and apple cider vinegar cures:
  • Acne - Apple cider vinegar is one of the popular home remedies for acne that has been circulated by alternative health professionals for quite some time. The reason why apple cider vinegar can help with acne has to do with how it naturally kills the bacteria that causes acne to grow. The best part? It can help with mild, moderate, or even severe acne cases.
  • Hair Problems - Rinsing your hair with apple cider vinegar after shampooing can help give your hair a beautiful and healthy luster and shine. It can also aid in certain hair problems like dandruff and hair loss.
  • Acid Reflux – Acid reflux is one of the most common ailments to be cured using ACV. While probably surprising, acid reflux is actually caused by too little acid, not too much – which is what the vast majority of people believe. You may find your acid reflux diminished and soon vanished by simply ingesting apple cider vinegar as it says on the directions (1-2 teaspoons mixed with 8oz of water taken 3 times daily), but increasing the amount used from 1-2 teaspoons to as many as 5 teaspoons may prove to be more beneficial for you. Stay away from dangerous acid-reflux drugs called Proton-Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) as they are dangerous and unnecessary.
  • Strep Throat – Strep throat seems to happen to all of us, but it stands no chance against the power of apple cider vinegar. Perhaps the most effective method for strep throat treatment, apple cider vinegar can help treat strep when you simply gargle with the liquid after it has been diluted in a glass of warm water. The amount of ACV used may vary from person to person, but using 1-3 teaspoons in 8oz of water may be enough.
  • Sinus Infection - Apple cider vinegar is a hailed sinus infection treatment, with countless individuals attesting to the effectiveness of apple cider vinegar against the health issue. One of the most powerful ways to use ACV is to mix 8oz of warm water with 2 tbsp of ACV and 1 tbsp of honey. The sinus infection could vanish within just a few days.
  • Nasal Congestion - Potassium can help decrease mucus production, and apple cider vinegar is full of it. Vinegar also contains acetic acid, which prevents bacteria growth—possibly even those that would cause nasal congestion. Try drinking several times a day, especially before bed: 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of warm water, and 1 teaspoon of local honey.
  • High Blood Pressure - High blood pressure is experienced by nearly 68 million adults in the United States alone — that’s 1 in 3 adults. But just a few tablespoons of ACV daily for 30 days can makes worlds of difference. People’s blood pressure has gone from 150/80 to 130/80 in just a month while taking 2 tablespoons of ACV a day. Many others have experienced the same scenario, and blood pressure medications are often chucked.
  • Weight Loss - Apple cider vinegar can suppress your appetite, increase metabolism, aid in digestion, and reduce water retention – all of factors having to do with weight and weight loss. Over time, you should see improvement just from adding ACV to your daily diet.
  • Open and Clean Pores - To clean your pores, soak cotton balls in apple cider vinegar and dab/place them on your face. This will help to clean your pores and improve skin health.
  • Cellulite and Stretch Marks - Mix apple cider vinegar with 2 parts water and a bit of honey and rub on the areas needed, then rinse with warm water. It won’t get rid of your stretch marks for good, but it should help reduce their appearance.
  • Foot Problems - Apple cider vinegar can also solve foot fungus problems, as well as athlete’s foot and foot odor. In order to reap the benefits, leave your feet in warm water with apple cider vinegar and allow to air dry.
  • Hiccups – One 13-year-old girl with chronic hiccups found that a mixture of ACV and sugar was able to provide hiccup relief. Hiccups are often caused by either low stomach acid slowing the digestion of protein, fatty sugary foods slowing the stomach from emptying and encouraging fermentation, or eating too much. ACV can be a great solution for hiccups restoring the acid balance in the stomach and eases irritating spasms of the diaphragm. It also triggers nerves in your throat and mouth which are responsible for the hiccup reflex.
  • Swimmers Ear - Apple cider vinegar is a great disinfectant. Create a mixture with rubbing alcohol and water for maximum effect and use it as an ear dropper. This is considered one of the best home remedies for swimmer’s ear because it acts faster than any other method.
  • Common cold - ACV is a fantastic immune booster, protecting and strengthening your body against the common cold.
Of course there are other apple cider vinegar cures other than the ones listed above. Apple cider is truly a great home remedy since it is all natural and generally quite cheap. Make sure you buy high quality organic with the ‘mother’ when shopping for the right brand. You truly don’t want to miss out on the benefits of apple cider vinegar has to offer.

Hillary Clinton, according to the media, will soon publish her memoirs, and in them salacious details of her life, reports Daily Mail. Namely, former first lady admits that she is bisexual, that she fears she might die of brain cancer and that she disagrees with Barack Obama about the killing of Osama Bin Laden.

According to a source close to her publisher, Hillary decided to make this move as a prevention, because she plans to candidate herself in the presidential elections in 2016. She has allegedly already received $14 million for this book to be published.

According to the same source, Clinton has decided to admit that she is bisexual in order to garner LGBT voters.

“Hillary Clinton will recognize not only that she is bisexual but also that she had lesbian relationships,” the source said.

In marriage it's common sense advice to treat one another with respect and share love. But some are not so sure what that looks like on a day to day basis. That's where things get a little trickier. Check out this list of marriage "don'ts" to make sure you're on the right track to a lasting, loving relationship.
For A Healthy Marriage, Don't...

1. Close the door to communication
How can you expect anything to be resolved without clear communication? Take the time to deeply listen to your significant other before responding. We often want to dive into an argument quickly and come from a place of reactivity and fear. Be very mindful of your intention before you speak. Ask yourself, is this for the interest to promote sharing and harmony or is this a need to be right or to control. Look underneath the words to the heart of the matter: often the visible disagreement is only the end result of a much deeper issue. Doing this will set the stage for a much quicker and cleaner resolution.

2. Assume it's your partner's job to make you happy
Putting the heavy responsibility on another human being to make you happy all the time is unrealistic and unfair. Tune into yourself and really know yourself. Love yourself. Meditate, journal, eat well and set out with the intention of discovering yourself. When you know and love yourself from the inside out, you are much better able to deal with life's curveballs with ease and grace — and much less frustration and anger.

3. Withhold intimacy
It's guaranteed that every couple will experience disagreements and hurt feelings. During these bumps in the road, it is essential to keep the usual intimacy going. For some, a single heartfelt touch is worth a thousand words and its weight in gold. To express love in this manner really demonstrates to the other that unconditional love exists. That's important to a relationship: you should support and care for one another even through arguments.

4. Hinder your partner's growth
All life moves in cycles, and as human beings we are no different. As in nature, if you are not growing, you are dying. We constantly have new experiences and this brings the possibility of changes. When your partner changes and grows, it can feel threatening. But trust that they are moving forward in a way that is healthy and important. You would want them to support you in the same way. Are you in a partnership or are you a jailkeeper?

Surgeons carrying out an operation to remove a 'tumour' from a newborn baby's brain were shocked to find a perfectly-formed tiny foot, and some other body parts.

Three-month-old Sam Esquibel has been hailed a 'miracle baby' after he survived the operation on what doctors believed was a large tumour, picked-up during an ultrasound on Sam's heavily pregnant mother Tiffnie Esquibel.

Sam was born after an induced labour, allowing surgeons in Colorado to operate quickly.

Sam Esquibel survived a modern medical miracle - after being born with a foot in his brain
But what followed was unbelievable.
'A lot of us who have been in practice long enough like to think we've seen everything,' neurosurgeon Dr Paul Grabb said.
'The foot quite literally popped out of the tumour. It made me stop operating, since I'm not used to seeing feet in the brain.
'This would be a one-in-a-lifetime finding in the operating room.'
When Dr Grabb finished surgery at Colorado Springs Memorial Central Hospital, he and other members of the surgical team told the Esquibels what he had found.
'They just looked at us and said, "It's just remarkable. It's for the books what we found".'

Tiffnie Esquibel said she was equally stunned.
'We didn't know what to think when they told us what they found.'
Dr Grabb eventually removed the tumour, which was found to contain other partially formed body parts, including a thigh and a hand.
The body parts were found to be non-cancerous. Monthly tests on Sam have shown that it is not growing back.
Now, a vertical scar on his right temple, above the ear and just where his hairline ends, is the only sign that Sam is a medical marvel.

'He is a miracle,' his mother said. 'I just love him so much.'
Mrs Esquibel and her husband Manny Esquibel had been trying for most of their 13-year marriage to have a child and had finally resigned themselves to being childless.
'We came to the conclusion that we couldn't get pregnant and just stopped trying,' she said.
Mrs Esquibel said she did not notice anything unusual before the birth.
'I had a very normally pregnancy - I enjoyed every minute of it and seemed to be just fine.'
Although Sam is doing well now, Mrs Esquibel said there were tense moments.
'When I went into hospital I thought, "OK we're going to come out of here with a baby in our arms".
'But we didn't - he was in another hospital.
'They told us it was a 50-50 chance whether he could make it through it or not.'

A vertical scar on his right temple is now the only sign that there was something wrong with 3-month-old Sam Esquibel
Dr Nancy Snyderman, chief medical editor for NBC News, which interviewed the family, said that the tumour could be one of two rare birth conditions.
The first and more common is a teratoma, which is a mass that contains various incompletely formed body parts that may include hair and teeth.
'I've seen quite a few teratomas in my life, in the neck, in the chest, in the abdomen,' Dr Snyderman said.

'Never one in the brain.'
She said that the other condition, of which fewer than 100 have ever been reported in the world, is called fetus in fetu.  The term literally means "fetus in fetus" and occurs when one twin engulfs the other in the womb.

The engulfed twin feeds off the other as a sort of parasite and continues to grow and develop. Unless removed, it usually proves fatal.

Doctors who have reviewed Sam's case tend to think the tumour was a teratoma.
Dr Snyderman said that Sam would surely become a case study in a little-understood medical phenomenon.

The only noticeable side-effect of the operation is that Sam tends to fix his gaze towards the right side of his head where the tumour was.
